The School District of New Holstein is committed to continuous improvement of student achievement and creating schools in which more students increasingly achieve to higher levels. The Instructional Services Department, aligned with the District’s Strategic Plan, directs and facilitates the following:

* The development of rigorous curricula aligned with the Wisconsin Model Academic Standards
* Student assessment using multiple measures
* The implementation of best practices in classroom instruction
* The selection of core instructional materials to support curricular goals and benchmarks
* Ongoing, periodic program evaluations
